Inspired by the special exhibition Toys: The Way We Play, this hands-on family-friendly workshop explores the physics of magnetism. You’ll investigate the unique properties of magnets and engineer your own magnetic creation.

You are invited to celebrate DreamWeek with a special performance of "Ode to Juneteenth," a play written by Eugene Lee.

~SOLD OUT~ Adventure awaits you at the Witte Museum’s annual Rock Art Rendezvous, a weekend of exploration and guided tours of some of the most remarkable rock art sites in the world. The weekend also features demonstrations, camping, music and much more under the big skies of West Texas.

What is inside a toy? Inspired by National Engineering Week and the special exhibition "Toys: The Way We Play," this hands-on workshop gets under the surface of familiar playthings. You’ll crack open toys, identify how different toys work and use the pieces to design your own unique toy.
